These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of braz-freetrial.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site.

3. Affiliate relationship

4. The offer, pricing and billing
You acknowledge and agree that:

- The $1 price, the 2-day trial length, availability and any renewal terms are set entirely by Brazzers and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice to us.
- The trial automatically converts into a paid membership at Brazzers’ standard rate unless you cancel before the 2-day window ends.
- We cannot cancel your membership, issue refunds, or resolve billing disputes.
Any billing matter must be taken up with Brazzers directly, or with your bank or card issuer. It is your responsibility to read Brazzers’ own terms and pricing before entering payment details.
5. Accuracy
We try to keep information current, but we make no representation or warranty that anything on the Site is accurate, complete, or up to date. Offers expire, prices change, and cancellation steps are altered without notice. You rely on the Site’s information at your own risk and should verify details on Brazzers’ own site.
6. Intellectual property
Original text, reviews, layouts, and graphics on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission; short quotation with clear attribution and a link is allowed.

7. Acceptable use

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. We may revise these Terms at any time; revisions take effect once posted here with an updated date, and continued use means acceptance.
